Brown discharge

Hi I'm a 19 year old female I've been on the conteceptive implant since I was 15 the first imlant I. Had in the first or 2nd month of having the implant got my period wich was constant for roughly a month. That one came to an end and 3 year later I got another ipmlanon insertet I've been fine since febuary when I got the new one inserted but now sine the 29th of aug still and today is the 3rd of september I have started having painful stomach cramps and really bad mood swings one minite I'm normal then I'm really angry then I'm upset then I'm back to being angry and mad my left gland has also swollen. And feels bruised but my main concern is I've started having brown discharge I noticed it 4 days ago its like a period which I dnt get with being on implant but this is a dark brown discharge. I don't really understand what going on I've looked it up and I keep getting pregnacy and misscarriage forums I dnt normally have a period haven't had one for about 4 years so all this has come as a shock it dark brown and sticky and not heavy but not spotting its on my pad everyday I'm now conserned any information or awnsers would be of big help ! I still have the inplant my birth control in though :( and its my second one nothing like this has happed to me before ill let you know when we get awnser's x

I'm not sure whats going on with you but I can sort of relate. I got off of my birth control about 2 months ago, and now this month, I have been having a brown discharge. Its not spotting but its not heavy either and Ive had it for the past 6 days. Im a little concerned but have heard many things about this.
