I had the same thing when I went on the depo-prevera shot. I had it for a few months before it finally went away. If you take your pill inconsistently it can also happen. Or you may need a stronger dosage to regulate it.Basically, I was told, it's just blood. No worries, but tell your doctor anyway, and see what he/she says.
could i be pregnant...cuz i mean its not even blood...
just dried up blood.
I used to have spotting nearly every day of the month on birth control. I couldn't stand it - I tried every kind of pill (Yazmin, now called Yaz I think was the best - I only bled about half to 2/3 the month on that one). Finally I gave up on hormonal birth control and got a paragard copper IUD. I had to doctor shop a little to get it - finally I saw a female nurse practitioner at Planned Parenthood and explained - I'm allergic to spermicides, I can't tolerate hormone birth control - how can I prevent pregnancy if you won't do this? She did it for me, and I had no prob with the IUD. Kept it for almost 9 years and now I'm TTC.
