Bump above clitorus

Hello,

I've been couch surfing for a while, and haven't had regular access to clean clothes or a shower. My labia major has been itchy, and I've had a bump above my clitoris for about three days, but the itching has gone away. I had a cyst about 2-3 inches above my rectum about 4 years ago. I was wondering if it was like that, or caused by the hygienic conditions I've been in recent times.

It really could be a wide variety of things.  Anything from an ingrown hair to a small wart with everything in between.  Do you have access to medical care to have it looked at?  If the area is itchy and you have a bump, I'd be inclined to have it looked at.

I wanted to ask you as well about the couch surfing.  If you are in a larger area, try googling "housing first" for your area.  I work for a non profit that will assist folks in your situation find their own place to live, and most US cities have similar type programs.  Most are run through private non profit groups and operate independantly of gov't.  See what your area offers.
