I have a small, slightly smaller than the size of a ball point pen, on my nipple. The bump in the same color as my nipple and usually does not bother me, however, if I squeeze it a white creamy discharge come out. Sometimes there is discharge if left alone as well. Also, on two or three occasions, the bump has become swollen, red, and painful. I resolved this by popping it, the bump was full of the white discharge and went back to its normal size and state after it was popped. There are also numerous very small bumps on my areola that also secrete the same discharge when squeezed, these smaller bumps are present on both nipples. Both nipples also sometimes produce discharge when squeezed. I have asked multiple doctors about these issues with no avail, the most explanation I ever received was "some women have bumpy nipples" needless to say I am unsatisfied with this. The internet has also been almost no help, I can't seem to figure out what it is.
