Bumps On Private Parts

I am 15, a virgin and have never been touched nor touch myself down in my private parts. I have a lot of red bumps inside my Vagina and around the inside of the line(Im not very educated to know what words mean where). I have not fiddled with them and i can not look up any pictures on the internet nor do i know what the inside is suppose to look like but this does not look normal.
I do not want a papsmere, does anyone know what this is? and if it is serious..
