Bumps on vaginal lips !?

(I am 15 years old, not sexually actively)For about a year and a half now I have been getting these strange bumps on my vagina. They look like these bumps that are a pinkish color, and whenever I feel them they are kind of hard. Some that I get can be uncomfortable and sometimes even painful and when pressure is applied they sometimes pop and blood comes out. I do shave but I don't think it's an ingrown hair. And my vagina is always itchy! I am really nervous to go get a pelvic exam and I am curious on how to get rid of them or what they really are. If anyone had the same problem and you treated it and they went away PLEASE let me know what I can do.
