Burning sensation in left breast

For the past five days, I started feeling a burning sensation in my left breast, especiall when I bend over or try to turn on the side of the said breast.  Sometimes during the day there is no pain at all.  At nights it is different.   The pain is very uncomfortable

Thank you very much for your advice.  Indeed I strain a muscle in the upper arm a year ago.  I do have problems with that muscle.  I never imagine that that could have affected the brest.  Thanks a whole lot.  May God bless you.

I agree that it could be a muscle strain.  I would try the heating pad on it.  You could probably take advil for the pain.  If it doesn't go away soon I would go to the doctor to have it checked out.

Hello~This could be due to some muscle strain in either your upper back or chest that is involving your pectoral muscles. When you lie down, this stretches these muscles causing them to hurt, and standing, you have more support, especially if you have a bra on. You might try rubbing some cream like ben-gaye on the area, of, a hot pad around the perimeter of the breast. If it continues or gets worse, I would discuss this with a doctor.
