Burning sensation in the back of my neck

I pulled a muscle on my right side, back, shoulder. I was perscribed perscription strenghth Aleeve.I have taken 2 doses. This evening the back of my neck feels like it is burning and gives a stabbing pain when I move wrong. Do I need to call the doctor or will I feel dumb for wasting their time?

I've been having the same thing - I go to see the Doc on Wednesday. Will let you know what he says.
