Butt Pimples

Does anyone else have problems with getting pimples on their buttocks? I get not only pimples but what look like this little fragments of hair that I can pull out and they come out as if there were a black head. Its strange! but discouraging at the same time. Anyone have any tips for getting rid of them... ? I would like to be able to wear a revealing things in front of my husband for once.

Acne is the same no matter what end it's on. My doctor told my daughter to use lever 2000 soap for bathing and then gave some acne cream. It did the trick.
