Don't pay attention to individual temps.  You're looking for patterns.  Ideally your chart will be biphasic.  That means there will be clusters of lower temps before OV and clusters of higher ones after OV.  If you don't show this pattern chances are you did not OV that cycle.  Every women has anOV cycles once in a while.  For the best results, make sure you're taking your temp at the same time every day.  Also, if this is your first time to chart it may take a while before you start to understand what's going on.  If you go to fertilityfriend.com you can chart your temps w/them and it may help.  I use them, but don't rely on it too much b/c I sometimes think it tells me I OVed sooner/later than I actually did. You can also google "BBT chart samples" and you should find plenty of websites that have examples.  One last thing, the best resource on charting is "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler.  This book will be really helpful to you.  Good luck.

There are alot of women on this forum charting.  I have found a great website that gives examples of other women's charts, some that are preg., some that aren't.  Give it a try, hope it helps.
