CM After Ovulation?

I just ovulated and I'm now 4 dpo. I noticed that I was having some period like cramps and lots of CM. I usually do get the CM a couple of days for AF shows up. My LP is 14 days long so I know that my period isn't coming yet. What do you think the cause the the cramps and CM is? It can't be implantation because that doesn't happen until about 6-8 dpo right?

I don't have an answer for you, but I can tell you I have had the same thing happen to me. But, AF came as normal, so I don't know what happened. I think you are right about implantation. Could it be possible your ovulation day is off a few days?
