CRISIS! Depo Provera jab - incompetent nurse lost half of solution

Hi
Went for my 3 month contraceptive jab today. The shaking needle came out my muscle half way through and half the solution ended up all over the floor!!!! What shall I do... the doctor said I should be safe and covered. Suggested my next jab after 2 months instead of 3 but I really don't feel confident about that. Anybody know if I'm still protected from pregnancy?
Apparently she actually administered 75 mg into me instead of 150 mg (3ml).
(BTW, I couldn't find a contraception forum, hence I posted here)
