Can I be pregnant and not know it.

I have not had a period since last year October 12, 2008 till this very day now I was just wondering can I be pregnant and not know it or should I worry only cause since I was 11 I have always had a period it has been regular but since I have not had one what should I do their has only been one month since I have had spots of blood so what dose that sound like.

I was on depovora from feburary 2, 2011 and it finished may 4 ,2011 but my periods have been on and off my last period was on the 4th of august and I had an intercourse a couple days after it was finished but I took a pregnancy test this month and I was not pregnant I don't know what to do.

hi i havent have my period since nov 8 08 n find out that im pregnant im bout two month pregnant but do u have any feeling that u are pregnant like morning sickness n stuff like that?? i havent have my period i was wry the doctor give me this medincine to have my period back but it didnt come so i quit then i start feeling that im pregnant so i buy the test i was pregnant go to the doc i find out that i was two month long i think u should go to the doc. either way get a blood test n see

You need to see your doctor.  Something else is going on and you need to figure out what is wrong.

if you were pregnant you would know by now you would be like 8 months

your not pregnant. something else is causing your irregular period or spotting

You would know if you were pregnant by now. If you last period was in October you would be 8 months along and your stomach would have grown and you would feel baby movement, back pain, most likely some small contractions(feel like tightening of you lower stomach). So you are not pregnant unless you are experiencing these, or at least some of these. As to your periods stopping i would go get checked out by a doc to make sure there's nothing wrong.
