A:  sounds like urinary tract infection (UTI)
B:  possibly related to UTI
C:  Hormonal
D:  Hormonal or possible a low grade fever with UTI
E:  sounds like UTI

My money is on urinary tract infection..... go see your doctor immediately before it turns into pissing razor blades.   The only thing to cure it will be antibiotics.  Ciprofloxacin is great for UTI's.   You might want to use condoms in the future as men  will sleep with anyone if they think they can get away with it.  Yes, your man might have had a little extracurricular while you were on your period.  All doctors will deny that to be the cause because they don't want angry bf's or hubbies pounding them into the ground.  Btw, I was married to a doctor and I've heard all the stories.
