Can I still get pregnant with Endometriosis & Fibroids?

Hi,
I am 30 yrs. old and married for 7 yrs. When I first got married, we didn't want to start a family immediately, so we decided to wait. Now we are both out of school and stable in our careers, we are ready to try. I went to my gynecologist & since I never had any problems/symptoms, we thought it would not be a problem, however, 9 months (and no baby) later, I've received the most devastating news yet. First, I had an HSG done and it showed my fallopian tubes both blocked. I had a laparoscopy/hysteroscopy done on Friday and I was told I had a fibroid almost as big as my uterus, endometriosis, and a polyp that they were able to remove. I am so confused, will I be able to conceive a baby and carry it to term?
