Can Progyluton help to reduce HFG LEVELS

Hi My Wife is undergoing IVF in Spain and we had to stop treatment after six days of injections as sarahs HFG levels were over 10. We have been given Progyluton will this help to reduce her levels. Do you know an english verson of the instructions for side affects
