Can anyone help?

Last week i had some spotting that maybe lasted a day and then starting on Saturday i had some cramping and i felt sick to my stomache and same with sunday and then sunday had no cramping just felt sick to my stomache....Now i have pain in my lower back on the right side and had alot of Cramping in the middle of the night last night im suppose to start my period either on the 4th or 5th.....the lower back pain could be anything i might have slept wrong or strained something but anyways if anyone has ever felt this way let me know

You can take a home preg test up to 4-5 days before your period, it that's your concern. If you are spotting you probably will go ahead and start your period. The other symptoms sound like regular period symptoms to me. If you've not had them before you could have something going on, maybe a bladder infection or something? If the pain doesn't subside, regardless if you start your period, I'd see your doctor. If you don't start on time, take a test to ease your mind.

Thanks for the in put im hoping im not pregnant and thats what i was also told that my body could just be changeing or something else could be going on and thats why my period is being all funky
