I just had my US yesterday at 23w5d and my u/s pic looks almost identical to your and they said mine is a girl too.  I really wanted a little boy as well, but as long as my lil angel is healthy I will be the HAPPIEST mommy alive.  =)

When I had my second child (he's 17 now), I had 2 different docs tell me it was going to be a girl.I didn't have ultra-sound WAYYYYY back then so we were going on heartbeats and other things. It was a TOTALLY different pregnancy from my first, who was a boy.I was really excited to be "having a girl".I bought all girl clothes ( I know, dumb) and picked out my girl name......SUPRISE!!!!!  I had a boy.My mom was with me when he was born and told me I said "where's my little girl" when "he" was born.I don't remember saying it but I probably did.Anyway, long story short,I can't imagine not having my second boy.I am so happy that I didn't have a girl.I know I wouldn't know the difference now if I had,but if you knew what I went through during that time in my life, lets just say HE was a blessing in disguise.First of all,I didn't think I could love another "boy" as much as I did my oldest. They have two totally opposite personalities but my youngest is emotionally built like me.I've been sick with so many different things in the past 3 years and he watches over me like I'm the child. He is a talented artist and has a sense of humor that way beyond his years, sometimes embarassingly so :0  So,no matter what you have,I guarantee, you will love him or her so much and you'll think,"HE" or "SHE" is perfect.

I have to agree with sweethart171.  It really looks like a girl.  US's are sometimes wrong, but I had a girl, and the picture almost looks the same.  Good luck though.  Boys are definatlly easier to take care of.  God will give you what he knows you can handle.  Good luck and God bless.
