well im going swimming tomorrow. im going to ask my mom what can i do. but i experieced taking a shower and washing up. wen u are in the water, ive observed that youre period doesnt come back in at least an hour or so. but im off my period... IM only eleven and got it a week ago. i kno. it *****. im going to try swimming. i remember wen i was young my older sister could never join us in the pool because she was on hers. i dont wana try tampons. i dont think my mom even wants me or my sister to. dont worry. ask your mom because youre going swimming. dont be emerassed. shes your mom. and now that youre going swimming, you need to ask her. im sure i will. hope i helped.
