*Can implantation bleeding look like a light period blood?

But I am curious to know if implantation bleeding looks like the blood from a light period. We been trying to have a baby and all last month we been doing IT. I missed my period and had symptoms like my period was coming or what people said, early pregnancy symptoms. Yesterday we had sex and when I went to the bathroom around 3 there was light pink blood and a little red on the toiletpaper. I was thinking it was my period but there was no more blood after that. Still no bleeding to this day and time too. And I didn't take a pregnancy test yet to find out if I'm pregnant or not.
