Can someone please respond as soon as possible?

Hi, for the past few days, I've had these small open cuts on the inside of my vagina lips and even on my clit. When I don't touch the area, I don't feel pain but when I pee it burns really bad!!! And when I wipe myself after I pee, I feel a lot of pain. It even burns when I'm taking a shower. I'm soooooo scared ,can someone please help me ?! I'm only 14 years old I don't know what to do and I'm scared to talk to my mom about it because I feel embarrassed & I wouldn't feel comfortable showing her my vagina. HELPPPPPP ASAPPPPP!!! I wanna cry because it's so painful ,I'm scared to pee !!!!

Are you shaving down there? I mean I can't think of any other reasons you would have cuts there....but, can't help until you say what the cuts are from??

No I don't shave that area .. I spoke to a friend of mine & she said it could probably be from wiping too hard after I pee
