Can someone please tell me what causes a long labia minora ?
I have this and I've only been with one guy. I always hear if you've given birth or if you slept around a lot, that it would cause them to become long, but I don't fit into any of those categories.
Vulvas come in all shapes and forms. Some women have small labia and others have larger labia. Nothing is wrong with you :)

Thank you !! :) and p.s. I re-read my post and realized it sounded like I think anyone who has a long labia is either a mother or a sleeps around a lot, but I didn't mean it that way. I don't see it like that but it's all I've ever heard. Just fyi for anyone else who might read this :).
