Can you feel an ovarian cyst ?

Hello,

I have been struggling with a "so called" ovulation pain every month since one year on my left side. My gyn after a trans-vaginal ultrasound scan decided that I had nothing going wrong however the pain is coming and going each month. I also convinced myself that it was the regular ovulation pain. Until today. Today I felt a lump on my left lower abdomen when touching randomly. It doesn't hurt when I touch, even press on it. its not that solid but not that soft. Also the "so called" ovulation pain is totally not present here since its just end of my period today.

What do you think? I am now overwhelmed with fear of ovarian or other type of cancer which supposed to be diagnosed one year before.
If it is an ovarian cyst should I be able to feel it? or it is something related to my colon or something else.

Sorry for the long post, Thank you in advance.
