Can you please explain to me what i have and what i should do?

This is my x-ray result:

An 8 mm left uterine body fibroid.  A 3 mm endometrium.  Normal Ovaries.  No adnexal masses or free fluid.  There is incidental note made of a partially collapsed 13 mm follicle in the left ovary of no clinical significance.

You should discuss this with your doctor.  Fibroids are more bothersome than harmful unless you have a whole lot of big ones in your uterus.  They can make your periods heavy with lots of cramping.  Was the endometrium a cyst on your ovary?  That may have to be removed if it's causing pain and may be evidence of further endometriosis in your abdomen.  The incidental note of the collapsed follicle on your left ovary only means that you ovulated recently so no worries there.  It's normal.  Again, you need to discuss this with your doctor.  The course of action (such as surgery) depends on what kind of symptoms you're experiencing or if you're trying to conceive.
