I had a 10 cm cyst on my left ovary and didn't even know it. Just thought I was getting old and having constipation/bloating problems. My hubby and I still made love. No problems other than some discomfort.
95% of ovarian cysts are benign. It's always best to check it out. If it's over 5 cm they may discuss doing surgery to remove it. No one can know for sure if it's cancer until it's removed and tested. Talk this over with your doctor. If you run into problems or have more detailed questions, you can also post on the ovarian cysts forum.
