by shannon_cole, May 15, 2007 12:00AM
I was 13 years old and diagnosed with overian cancer and had to take several months of kemo because my mother refused to let them cut me open and now the doctors said that i have a very slim chance of getting pregnant....is that true?

Aww sweetie, I'm sorry to hear that. I feel awful for you.
But on the bright side of things...you say that you had no operation ?
They didn't remove the overies or anything ? Then you still can get pregnant !!
As long as nothing was removed then your life should resume as "normal"...or at least as normal as one could expect after having gone through such a tramautic experience.
good luck sweetie, and I'm glad that you're a fighter = )
