Changes in breast size

I am 49 years old. For the last 6 months I have noticed that my breasts are changing sizes. One seems to be getting larger, while the other seems to be shrinking. My mammogram did not indicate any problems. The difference is really starting to show as the larger one is now a full cup size larger. Is this normal?
