Chronic itch in vagina - 9 year old

My 9 year old has had a chronic itch in her vaginal area that we can't seem to get under control. She has been treated for pinworms, yeast infection and possible allergy w/no relief whatsoever. To the naked eye, everything looks normal. Any ideas?

hi there thats a wee shame for ur daughter, my friends wee girl had an itch down below whch ended up being a kidney/bladder infection she was actually red with scratching however maybe the docs havent gave her a treatment for any of the above that agree with her or strong enough to actually stop the problem.
i also know that pinworm can take years to g away also so maybe they are reacurring?
