Circulation in foot

What is wrong with me. I don't know the exact problem I may be having but I also don't know what type of doctor I should see. I believe I'm getting poor circulation in my left foot. If I've been sitting down for a long time, or after waking up from an overnight sleep, when I go to stand up, the heel of my foot (or the ball) hurts really bad. I've been having this problem for about 2 weeks now. I'll have to wait about 5 minutes for me to be able to even walk on my foot. I am an overweight female, but I don't have diabetes. I'm so scared right now and I don't know what to do. I've also noticed that since this problem has occured, I'm starting to feel tenderness when I'm walking throughout the day. It doesn't hurt but it feels tender. Please let me know if you've heard of this problem before. What type of doctor should I see? What could my problem be.

possibly a heel spurl they have to be surgically removed i have one bt i deal with the pain as much as i can

Could be plantar fascitis (sp)? I had something like this a while back and it went away after a while, but it can be a pain in the butt, I mean foot...I saw my internist for it, but a podiatrist would be able to dx it also. Good luck...
