Clear vaginal discharge with white bits?

Recently I've noticed a white tissue like substance in my discharge. My discharge has been overly watery, it sometimes feels like I've wet myself. No bad smell. No itching. I've had the same partner for 3.5 years and both of us are clean of STIs.

No sure if it's related but I've also been feeling nauseous around the same time every night, I look bloated and I feel drained of energy. I wake up feeling tired no matter how long I've slept.

I'm on the nexplanon contraceptive implants which I've had for over a year and I've been on it before.

I couldn't find anything online apart from one woman who explained she had this also, but it wasn't resolved there.
