I have small white spots and blotches on my clitoris and the area right under the clitoris on each side at the top of the vaginal opening. I am experiencing persistant itching and burning in the area of the white spots. I have had this condition now for about two weeks and no medications I have tried to date, have cleared up the problem. We are currently in South Texas for the winter, and I thought the resort swimming pool might be the source of the problem,so I have avoided use of the pool for the last week, yet the condition persists. What is this condition I have and how can I clear it up ? I have began using unscented wash detergents, hoping to prevent any further problems. Are there any medications that are available to treat this condition ?
