Clitoris cramping?

by fossils, Jan 28, 2009 05:28PM
For the last couple weeks, whenever I am masturbating I mostly rub my clitoris and when I'm having an orgasm there is this painful cramping that feels like it's my clitoris. It basically dissolved my orgasm. I waited about 4 days and tried again and it was the exact same thing. It ever hurt afterward. My clitoris is not sensitive to the touch and it doesn't hurt from touching, only when I orgasm.
I just got tested for a UTI and I don't have one, if anyone was wondering.

Do you have painful periods?  Have you ever had pelvic surgery? I had endometriosis and I had this exact same problem.  It lasted about a month or so but finally went away on its own. My doctor had no clue.  I think it was either endometriosis or adhesions from my 2 pelvic surgeries. I believe the pain is caused when the uterus starts contracting during orgasm, but I also felt it in my clitoris as you say.
