Clomid and weird lasting effects?

I took my first round of Clomid on days 5-9.  It's now day 20 and I've felt weird ever since I started taking it.  The days I was actually taking pills I felt naseous and sick, but since then, I've felt not like myself.  It's tough to describe, but I feel emotionally empty, nonsexual (my poor DH!), and not very affectionate. I don't sleep well at all, either.  I'm not usually like that.  I just feel 'off' and want to be left alone.  I know Clomid messes with hormones; is this normal?  Will it go away? Has anyone had this?  It's so unusual for me that I even thought I might be pregnant, but it's too soon to test. I'm just such a mess and want to feel like myself again!

shamanda, can you update us on your story.  Did you get back to feeling like yourself?  How long did it take after stopping Clomid?  Were there any other lasting effects?  Thank you for any information about your Clomid experience.

I comleted 2 cycles of clomid. My 1st cycle was good....i felt very comfortable and better than i do otherwise. However the 2nd cycle was a little tough.I had acidity, stomach cramps, headaches.I failed to conceive in my 2nd cycle as well and my pms was more severe.I had also a longer cycle and had nausea about 2 days before af arrived.I had the sickest day of my life the day af arrived. Its probably bcoz of the changes in hormones. However if u feel u cud be pregnant you may take a hpt after a week or so.
