Complex Migarine??

My Friend has been ill for 5 months now, after suddenly going paralised down her right side , while this occured her speech went all slurred,she went off to hospital suspecting she had had a stroke, but she eventually got the feel back, and CT scans showing that she did not have a stroke. She has since been in and out of hospitals(Doctors dont know what it is), and having another 3 attacks- each one getting worse and being numb for longer. Inbetween she has not felt well, getting alot of numbess, dizziness, tingling/pins and needles sentations,extreme weakness,Lots of Pressure in head, and pulsating and cracking in her head and nausea, very stiff neck, and always feeling like she is going to collapse if she does the slightest bit too much.She has a tiny bit better moments for a few days but then all of a sudden goes back wards again. She was very very fit and healthy before this. With lots of research it sound alot like she is having Complex migraines, Does any body else get these that could help out abit?? Any help would be great as we are still not 100% sure as to what is happening, and it is stopping her from getting back to her life. Thanks

I suggest getting a referral to see a neurologist.  It could be something like a complex migraine, or it could be something else.  In either case, it is still a neurological issue.  Migraines are miserable, too.
