Complications in next pregnancy

I had a talk to my Dr.She was telling when your next period will clear then you can come. I just want to ask to you these symtoms that happen to me, Is there any harm in furthuer Pregnancy.Because One of my friend was telling it could be the possibility that your one of the vein gets destroyed.thats why the bleeding happen for 15 days.So thts why I was disturbed acording to you it could be the possibility or not?
