Could I be Pregnant on Mirena?

I have been on Mirena Birth Control for almost a year (beginning of September). Ive had my period regularly (I have the app on my phone to help keep track) Ive always had an irregular period until I got put on this. I missed my Period this month, it was suppose to come August 1st and has yet to come.. I took a pregnancy test on the 4th and it was negative.
Ive been having so many symptoms of pregnancy. I have been extremely tired, any activity can wipe me out, or if I'm not doing anything at all. I am beyond bloated and feel like a fat cow. Smelling things is on a whole new level. Im so moody I should be put on meds. Im also having discharge (white) My nipples are sensitive. I have lower back pain. Ive never had an issue with acne, but Im breaking out!! I just feel.. different.
Im wondering if I should take another test, maybe the first one was to early? Or if its my body just playing tricks on me. Making me think I'm pregnant, since thats kinda its job. Or if I should go to the doctor and get a blood test?
This would be my first pregnancy, and really my first "scare". Ive never been this late, or felt how I'm feeling. Just looking for some advise. Please and thank you!
