Could I be Pregnant or have cervical cancer, STD?

I have not had a real period since 4/22/07 here it is almost 2 months later and still nothing. all I have had was the occasional bloody wipe a day or two out of the month. It's been a dark red and when the bloody wipe comes I get crampy. Not always but sometimes. Anyway I have taken 4 at home tests over the past 2 months and they all came back negative. Could I be pregnant? Maybe ovarian cancer?(My mom had breast and ovarian) or could it be an std?
