Could I be pregnant??

Hi, my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant the last couple of months and as of my last period....no luck. But when I had my last period there were no blood clots which is pretty unusual for me. I haven't changed my lifestyle at all except that I went ahead and started taking prenatal vitamins in hopes that I will conceive soon. I tested several times last month only to be disappointed so I haven't tested yet this month but as of today my period is 37 days late. Normally, my cycle is pretty regular....around 28 days...30 at the most. My breast are tender, I've has slight period like cramping, and I have been tired which are normal menstrual symptoms for me. But I have also noticed slight headaches and I've been extra thirsty this passed week. I have also had alot of lower back pain which I normally do NOT have during my normal period. My clothes have also been fitting a little tighter in the waist. Could I be pregnant??? Or is this just wishful thinking??? Or could it be something seriously wrong with me?

I haven't taken one this month yet. The ones that I took last month were negative. I always feel like I jump the gun with the test because I am wanting to get prego...so I have been trying to be patient this time. But I may just go ahead and buy a test this afternoon. Just to ease my mind. I mean 37 days late is soon enough to tell right???

So what does the pregnancy test that you did tell you?

You could be pregnant, you might not.  Only a test will tell you.
