Could i be pregnant?

My last period came a week late on dec 2nd and lasted until dec 6th. On the 7th i had protected sex and we tend to be very careful (me n my bf are preventing pregnancy atm).

On the 12th i experienced massive headaches and abdomen pains and went to the doctor turns out i had some problems with my stomach so i waz prescribed a few medicines including antibiotics for 6 days.

on the 26th i had another protected sex and again we were careful however theres a time when he put his finger jn (im sorry if its tmi) and it was a bit rough. The next day i experience light brown sticky discharge in a very small amount however it keeps showing up whenever i went to the toilet, one time its even clear with a blood lining. I thpught that it might be me ovulating or maybe its cause the sex but it still freaked me out as i never exp anything like it. (I thought of implantation bleeding as well however i think its too early?)

The following day i keep exp white or clear thick vaginal discharge that lasted for a few days. On the 31st i had the flu and sore throat and this lasted for a few days ( i didnt drink any antibiotics tho, although i did take some meds to boost my immune and flu meds).

On the 2nd i didnt get my period, i often get late periods but this time its waaay late....and it never happens to me before! Im now like 13/14 days late and have been experiencing slight nausea, bloating, lower abdominal pain, dizzy spells, and im usually the type who rarely pee these days ive been going yo the toilet more often.

What do you think is going on? Am i late because of the antibiotics? Could i be pregntn? I mean its weird cause even when he fngred me, he just finished washing his hands and he never c inside of me.

Please help.

Hi.  YOu had protected sex hon.  That's good news and means pregnancy is highly unlikely.  Condoms do fail but that involves a condom breaking which is very noticeable as it creates a big mess.  So, I wouldn't think you are pregnant and just having a long cycle. This can happen when we are stressed, out of our usual routine, illness, lost or gained weight, etc.  During the holiday time, I can't tell you how many posts we have about this same subject as stress, illness, changes in routine and weight gain (more than loss, lol) are all pretty common at that time of year.  If you continue to have long or irregular cycles---  you can look into hormonal issues and/or thyroid issues.  But I'm just thinking you are going through a common irregular time of your life.  good luck

Hi specialmom,

First of all thank you for answering, it really lift some weight of my shoulders as i was worrying so much and i dont really have anyone to talk to regarding this...

in the back of my head i keep thinking that its likely impossible however i kept thinking if any sperm was present on his fingers even after washing them....tjats why im still worried im pregnant despite protected....my period is just always on time and right now i feel pain in my lower abdomen

well i think i am all those things you stated above...i was unwell
drank antibiotics...i think i did gain some weight and i have been exercising less and stress.....so i guess those are the reason

ill follow your advice and just relax...and i guess ill just go into the doctoe in case my lower abdomen is still painful
