Could my pill be ineffective if I went to the toilet minutes after taking it?

Hello! I took my pill at my regular hour and then I went to the toilet about 5-6 minutes after taking it and had a watery stool ( I haven't eaten much all day and I ate 2 bowls of soup and maybe that caused it), do you think I could have flushed the pill straight out? Could it be ineffective? I haven't went again since that moment ( it's been about 3h). On the pack it warns about vomiting and severe diarrhea..but one time can  count as diarrhea? Or maybe a few minutes wasn't enough for my pill to digest even though my stool was watery? Please help me :(
