This morning, I woke up with some pretty intense cramps. I've heard of minor cramping during ovulation and have even experienced it but this was full-blown, to the point where it hurt to move (this amount of pain is normalNormal saline flush for me DURING my period). I thought I was finally getting my period but I didn't. I put on a Icy Hot PatchAllergy testing Skin color - patchy and it eventually subsided. Nevertheless, this experience has left me a bit confused. I've never heard of anyone experiencing this much pain during ovulation (IF I am ovulating, which, if I had gotten my period last month, I should be). Can anyone maybe shed some light on this matter?
