An anit-inflammatory pain killer would work better (Advil, or another ibuprofen) then Tylenol. Tylenol is only a pain killer and won't do anything about your inflamed uterus which is causing the dysmenorrhea (period cramps pain). Drink lots of water and use a heating pack on and off for about ten minutes at a time!

I don't think you need to go to an obgyn your very young to go to one.... Try to take some Tylenol to help with your cramps also try drinking some sprite if your pain continued then you should go see your family doctor

You could try to add a little more magnesium and B6 to your diet (or take vitamin form). Try to avoid caffeine and to much sugar as well. Best of luck.

At you age I refused to use painkillers at night. It caused many sleepless nights. Take some before your cramps get too bad (I use exsedrid becauese it kicks in fast) and while you wait fire-up a heating pad. If nothing works ask your mom to get you an  appointment with her obgyn. Something medical my be happening.
