Cramps and no bleeding 1 year after ablation and 9 years after tubal burning

I want to know if it is normal at my age 44 to have sever cramps for 2-3 days during a time I should have my period.  Last month no period at all and this month very little bleeding and severe cramps?  I am asking this becaue I had ablation done 1 year ago and a tubal burning 9 years ago.

After the tubal I still had very heavy bleeding, well I always had pain and bleeding since I started menstrating at 14.

After my ablation surgery in Oct. 2008, I still had regular periods though much lighter for almost a year, then last month no period and this month my period was very light on one day and severe cramps for 3*4 days...is this normal??? are my periods over? should I be concerned?

Any help would be appreciated.

I had an ablation 12-23-2004 and have not had a period since.  Suddenly about six months ago I began spotting for a day...mild.  Currently I feel like I am going to start my period.  Is it possible that my period will restart after 8 years without.  I hope  not.
