Crawling Sensation with Pain Between Shoulder Blades

For the past 3 months I've been experiencing this crawling sensation between my shoulder blades.  Sometimes I get sharp stabbing pains and soreness in other areas of my back even on the sides.  It really takes a lot out of me where i don't feel like even getting out of bed.  The only rest i get is when i am sleeping but when i get up the pain, soreness and crawling feeling is there.  I'm wondering if there is something i can do for this.  It's driving me crazy
