Cycle

I have always had regular cycles  every 28 days this month I started at least  6 to days early. This has never happened, I am 45 years old

Hi,
If you're sexually active, take a pregnancy test.  Because of your age (45 y.o.), you might also consider speaking with your gynecologist about perimenopause, or other factors that may cause an irregular (early) period.
