I'm seeing the doctor about 3 of these tomorrow.  A new one appeared today.  They are not coming to a head and are flat and hard.  I will let you know what advice I'm given.  These lumps seem different in that they do sting somewhat but there is not a head appearing.

I've had the cysts in this area before but not on the outside of the labia.  One burst without my help and one I had a doctor cut and drain.  Both were very painful when they came to a head.  Ouch. . .

its def not an ingrown hair or pimple since no hair grows there and is not in any shape of a pimple or a head? seems to be pretty deep in the skin, i will continue to try the hot compress, havent tried loose pants yet either. Thanks so much!

It could be something as simple as a pimple or ingrown hair. You could try a hot compress or bath to bring it to a head. Wear lose pants to avoid rubbing. If it doesn't go away within 2 weeks see a doctor.
