Daily spotting and discharge

Since February, I've been spotting daily and having vaginal discharge. I went to see my Gyno on 4/16 and was prescribed Metronidazole 500mg and Fluconazole 150 mg tablets.  After treatment, my symptoms did not stop or lessen.  I then was prescribed Clindamycin 2% vaginal cream 40gm on 5/3.  After treatment, my symptoms still exists.  Occasionally I will have sharp pelvic pains, like horrible cramping.  It does not last long and is not constant.  I've only been sexually active with my husband, no one else.  Since March, I have been bleeding after intercourse.  I have been celibate since April but the daily spotting and discharge has not gone away.  What is wrong with me?

My Gyno wasn't available so went to one of the partners. Had a pap smear done, still waiting for results. They said it may take up to a week for results. The gyno said my cervix is bleeding at the slightest of touches. The gyno said I'm negative foe yeast and BC so he's thinking it's more bacterial. I got prescribed new medication Ciproflaxin but its been 4 days and my symptoms still haven't gone away :(

I'd go back to the dr. Or call them at least?  There's an answer to this equation.  There has to be something else going on.  See if maybe your dr will order am ultrasound external and internal one.  Hope you feel better soon!
