Delayed ovulation and oligospermia

My husband has severe oligospermia and I have a problem of delayed ovulation. My period is regular( a cycle of 30 days ) and i have normal weight and height.  We have alredy tried one try of IVF treatment but were unsuccesful because I was able to produce only 7 eggs after 18 days of injections . Over that only 3 fertilized and they inserted 3 . the bhcg level never rose higher than 200 so eventually i had to get a dnc done. is there any way that my husband and i can conceive naturally. he is on medication. however we still need a better diet
