Distinct change in vagina scent

I had sex 2 weeks ago and I toOk Plan-b less then 12 hours later. Then I was spotting semi heavy, enough to use a tampon for a few days, and no I have noticed a strong unpleasant odor. I have never had issues with my scent or vagina and also I know the person is clean in that department. Now I am under a great deal of stress and pressure and was wondering if that would be it. Please help me! I am freaking out!

Yes that could be it, your hormones might have just changed and now by the end of the day you are noticing a stronger scent.  Keep us posted on this.

Not to my knowledge. I've been feeling like I may be getting sick. I also do not always have the scent. I notice it late at night, so possible it's a build up in panties that make it be so potent?

Plan B can trigger some spotting nut not sure on the scent change, do you have any other infections that would cause this?
