Do you enjoy Always Ultra Thin pads or Always Maxi pads?

Which one works better if you have a heavy flow and leak easily?

Truthfully, I used to use Always Ultra Thin. I no longer use them because I m a very heavy bleeder and would go through 14-28 pads a cycle. I have found a more natural alternative that has slowed my flow with no leakage whatsoever and the best part, I use way less pads.

Is there any chance that you could let me know what the natural alternative was? Thanks for your input!

That would depend on what point it is in my cycle.  Obviously if it is a day in which I'm heavier in flow, I use a thicker pad and when I'm lighter, a thinner one.  I keep both on hand.
